I booked Air India ticket ( E ticket; 09821333116591) in the name MAHESH KUMAR KASHYAP from Visakhapatnam to Delhi for flight on 25 May 2020. The flight was CANCELLED BY AIR INDIA. Till now even after lapse of two months I have not been paid refund in spite of my three reminder mails on ecommerce@airindia.in.
