Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to inform you that I am sending mails to Go Airlines and Booking App Yata Online with reference to above Booking ID & PNR for quite some time. However, till date I have not received any official confirmation on my refund against above cancellation by airlines.
My total Booking Amount of Rs. 24083.99 refund is due since more than two months. However, i am not getting any confirmation from either airlines or booking app company.
I am seeking your intervention for getting refund from Go Airlines
