Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the Air India express flight tickets refund amount for air ticket booked from sharjah (UAE) to KANNUR (KERALA)by Air India flight No IX -746 , IX -743 , IX -745 booked on 27 JAN 2020 and 26 feb 2020, Air Line PNR- PTKIKW , PFUQBP ., through air india express web site , unfortunately all flights got cancelled due to COVID-19. I have tried reaching to customer care of air india express through writing mail and said the ticket refund is not possible. the ticket can be rescheduled till march 2021., As per Govt of India (DGCA) announcement during early stage of COVID-19 the refund of all travelers ticket should paid due to cancel of flight.
