I have purchased Priya idly pot from Sarathi(Dealers of steel utensils)on 13.11.2013.They have advised me that it is better than the non stick Idly stand.But I am not satisfied with the product after testing it.The dealer is refusing to take back or exchange with other non stick product. Please advise how I can proceed further.
