Spice-jet not following the DGCA regulation and not refunding the amount on flights cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. Dear sir, My flight SG-6704, scheduled for 28 March 2020, was cancelled by Spice jet due to covid-19 lockdown. Now they are offering me a credit shell to use till Feb'21 which i don't need. This is a mischievous money making technique by spice-jet, knowing that most of the people wont travel due to the pandemic. Also, how come they expect the same passengers to make the same plan? I had a family function that time, which no longer is there and hence no longer the need. I booked for 3 people who no longer have the need to travel. My ticket cost was around 10k, could you please help me in getting refund for that? We are not frequent travellers and 10k for a middle class family is little too much to leave in that credit shell to expire. Really appreciate your help, thanks
