Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings, this is to bring to your kind information that, I Mukund Chandra Das and my wife Rajkumari Das Jointly book a flat in JKG Palm Court, Noida Ext in the month of Nov and Dec 2019. I submitted the 10% of Amount and all the required documents to the JKG Palm Court, they assured to avail the loan on it, till Feb I do not receive any communication from the company, I sent many communication through Email and visited sales office for the same, as a result in March 16 Loan process start, person came to my office for collect the documents, and from 22 March Lockdown starts, all the institution has closed, in the month of June I received a Letter from JKG group demanding the 14 lakhs as a part of second part of cost, i spoke to direct in company so many times they do not answer me any satisfactory, even the loan institute is still not working, in responce to this I wrote a email to the company and ask 3 months time due to this situation, instead of giving me time the company again send me a letter stated that my allotment has cancelled and my deposited amount forfeited, I am working in Helloverify India Pvt Ltd Noida sec 58, I want to please look into the matter and arrange to refund my money.
