Sir, I booked a flight from Patna to Jaipur via Varanasi for 10 july,2020. My PNR is XCH7JJ . Two days back I received a message from spice jet airline , Your flight has been rescheduled Patna to Jaipur Via Mumbai. This flight timing (01:30PM) is not fit for my job and journey purpose.or as know present time mumbai (LAY OUT TIME 15 HOURS AT AIRPORT) is more infected of covid cases. So I want to cancel my booking. I several times tried to connect with the airline on calls but failed. I sent a mailed on airline official mail id.even Yesterday I met the counter staff at airport patna. but they did not give a satisfactory answer.
