Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the Air India flight tickets refund amount for air ticket booked from Kannur (Kerala) to New Delhi by Air India flight No 425 on 27 Mar 2020, vide Air Line PNR-ZEDGY (date of Issue : 18 Mar 2020) through clear-trip, unfortunately all flights got cancelled due to COVID-19. I have tried repeatedly reaching to customer care of cleartip many times through writing mail and marked to air india mail id ecommerce.airindia.in. repeated request and reminder to cleartirp they said the ticket refund is not possible. Your ticket is open till Sep 2020. As per Govt of India (DGCA) announcement during early stage of COVID-19 the refund of all travelers ticket should paid due to cancel of flight.
I am really grateful could help address my grievances.
