My GoAir flight G8-2519 from New Delhi (DEL) to Nagpur (NAG) on[protected] was cancelled by GoAir. I received a message from GoAir stating that I have been given a voucher for the CANCELLED GoAir flight, which can be used on the same sector for upto 1 year. I want to bring to your notice that I have no plans to use the voucher. Therefore, I ask you to kindly direct GoAir to refund my hard-earned money that I paid for the service which GoAir failed to provide. Otherwise, this will be tantamount to theft/daylight robbery.
Please help.
