I had booked 2 tickets (though Yatra) having PNR no LE1CWX for May 1, 2020 for the sector Kolkata to New Delhi with Go Air.
It may be noted that this flight was cancelled by Go Air and it did not fly on scheduled date. Since that day, I have been trying to contact somebody at the Go Air customer Care no. 18002100999/ 02262732111 but I have not succeeded in talking to anybody despite long-waiting time on toll free number.
I have written multiple mails to various authorities (June 7th, June 9th, June 13th and 21st June) but there is no response on any of the mails.
Request for the necessary action so that I can get refund of the cancelled tickets for the flight cancelled by airline itself .
