I have booked my tickets with Cleartrip for 1st of May 2020, from Madurai to Jaipur, for Rs 8952. But due to Covid-19 the flight did not operate. Now while trying to make a new booking, not able to contact cleartip for using my credit shell and Indigo mentions please re-book using the same travel agent where the ticket was booked earlier. I do not know how to proceed. Please provide required assistance.
