Consumer Redressal

I am going through mental torture due to leakage in ceiling of both the toilets as well as kitchen which has already damaged the furniture and interiors in the kitchen. already spent 15000 for repairs of the cabinet in the kitchen and re-painting . the builder is wadhwa developers and they are blaming the owner of the flat above for sealing the flowerbed which is breach of agreement with the builder as well as BMC. The leakage was highlighted to the builder in 2015 but camoflouge was carried out by the builder at the time of taking possession of the flat in 2015 . both the builder and the flat owner staing above my flat are blaming each other and not ready to carry out the work . I am going through depression because of leakage in both the toilets and the third toilet is also on the verge of leaking . I pushed then hard to get the repaires dine before the rains but everything has fallen in deaf years. iand my family are suffering daily and tortured daily . in one of the bathrooms there was a shortcircuit and the ceiling light sparked and conked off and now there is no light replaced due to fear of shortcircuit and danger to my family. all the time there is fear in my family that the ceiling will collaple to to the leakages since 20
