Consumer Redressal

Hi Team- This is regarding the Air Asia flight tickets refund amount for PNR Z9U66E. The flight got cancelled one day prior to the journey by Airlines and the mentioned operational reasons. Date of Travel- 02 June 2020.I have tried repeatedly reaching to customer care toll free number of Air Asia.Dropped email and messaged airlines on twitter too but dint recieve positive response.Initially they said you will recieve amount within 15days and now they emailed that its only for bookings before 17 April and they didnt credit amount to credit shell. They are cheating customers. Would be really grateful if this forum could help address my grievance.
