Good morning
On 19th April 2020, I had booked a flight ticket from “Airindia†from Varanasi to Delhi of date 04th May 2020. Flight no. was AI428 and PNR no was YTX9B. This was cancelled due to lockdown. Now I ask for refund from Airindia, but they are not giving it. I have also mailed many times to Airindia authority but there is no hearing .
Please get me an air ticket refund at the earliest.
