Before lockdown period i booked flight tickets for domestic travel for my family for travel date was 26th May 20 and return tickets on 1st June 20 (Both the tickets from AIRASIA) due to lockdown we are unable to go but airlines got refunded to me on 30% of cost entire amount got taken off my hard earning money as cancellation charges ,i intimate and mailed several times for to Airlines but no result ,lastly i informing you with great hope ,please help me in current situation i am running short of money its difficult to run my daily family expenses
