I had Booked flight for me and my family from Go-air for 2nd June 2020. It was informed that they are starting their services from June 1st hence didn't cancel my bookings but on 2nd June I receive an message that the flight is cancelled. Since they had cancelled the flight at last moment, called their helpline requesting refund, they mentioned to mail PNR details to Nodal officer. Did the same and then escalated to next authority also, but even after regular follow-ups they aren't even bothered to reply back or revert. How can I claim my refund from them.
