Hathway A/C 111931395 From 2 months I am chasing you for my internet connection and after one month of chasing I used to contact your technical person and get my modem changed. And Since the modem is changed my internet speed never goes up by 18 mbps. and it is max speed coming many time it come like 4-5 mbps As my plan is for 50 MBPS I did many complaints but nothing happened and your call center persons always say that some technical person will contact you at the end of the day but from 3 weeks but no one calls.
