We made a Leh Trip & return booked by Air dtd 26th May 2020. through make my trip ( Agent booking Id Booking Id: NF71147268909986, PNR: JF8C2K, DSG4XL) .
Flight was cancelled by Airlines due to COVID 19. But instead of refund they given the credit note till March 2021. We have requested for refund as our personal trip by air is very limited. In ticket they stated as INR 3300 was the cancellation charges, but now they are refusing as zero refund. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount INR 13493.
