I had a ticket for the Flight G8-387 which was scheduled on 3rd June 2020 from Mumbai to Ranchi. I bought the ticket using Make My Trip. But the flight was not operated. They cited the reason for cancellation of Flight as the issue beyond their control. I made multiple attempt to contact their customer care number but all in vain. I mailed to the GoAir mail option but only they gave reference number for the complaint. Till now they didn't refunded the amount nor they gave assurance when they are going to refund.
please sort out my problem
