I tried to book flight from Bangalore to Ranchi through Cleartrip.com on 4/5/2020 but it showed payment failure and booking got cancelled. Money got deducted from my wallet but ticket was not booked. I waited for the amount to get refunded but it has been more than 18 days and still there is no reversal.
Could you please help in refunding the amount? The support numbers/chats are not working and there is no other way to contact you.
