I had a booking from Bagdogra to Kolkata on 29th May'20 . My PNR was KB227J. The flight was cancelled. Despite of several request the authority yet to refund the debited amount. Please look into this to resolve the issue.Please also note that I don't require any credit shell
facility as I already managed other mode of communication .
