Consumer Redressal

This is not the first time that i was facing this issue. Scenario 1 : I had purchased a bluetooth earphones (Skullcandy)worth 3000 INR, on 12-Feb-2019. Everything was working fine and after 2 months the right side earphones stopped working. I contacted them , but they refused to help me out and asked me to contact the actual dealer , which eventually i did and they replaced me with a new one. However the new one was not charging, that was damaged too. Finally i got a new one. I lost my the courier charges and the amount of the earphones. Scenario 2 : I bought a cellphone (Realme 6) from flipkart , which i received on 31st may. When i unboxed the phone, i noticed small dent near the camera bumb, on this new phone. But i did not pay much attention, with the hope that phone might be working well. But then i swithced it on and noticed that there was a shadow around the front camera punch hole, i didnt pay attention to that either. After one day of use, I started noticing flickering on the screen and random crashes and freezes, which in turn tells us that it is definitely a refurbished cellphone. I have had enough and decided to return the device. So far i have not yet received any updates from them. And here its a clear case of cheating by , supplying the customers with pre-used and refurbished products. I am attaching both the invoices : 1. Skull candy Inked bluetooth earphones 2. Realme 6 Cell phone. Please take some action on this and let no one else gets cheated.
