The Bank has person offered me to open a current account under CA category where bank person told me that the services will be free life time till the account maintained by me. but from few months bank has started charging me for services like IMPS , RTGS & Other services. I have compalined to bank regarding that but they are not responding me properly. Bank has never told me that category of account can be changed at any moment of time and all free services become chargeable.
