given below is my complain regarding micrimax mobli.
please help me to get new mobile.

I purchased above mobile on 21/4/13 .Within three months mobile started showing defect ,so i submitted mobile for repair at m/s Bhagwati mobile Borivali west Mumbai-400092 for two times. Presently my cell is submitted for repair at above service center with request no;w030204-1013-5957698 dated 18/10/13.Till today i have not received my mobile back . They say that my cell is sent to Delhi for changing of mother board. It will take at least 15 to 20 days for repair. I am fed up with defective piece which had to be repaired twice within 6 months i want to return my above mobile and get a new good piece immediately .It has created great difficulty and inconvenience .As i am presently without my mobile. I request you to give me a new piece or else i have no other option but to go to consumer court and claim for the inconvenience caused to me and my business activity
