We have planned an International vacation trip for Sri-Lanka in the month of May 2nd to May 8th and booked ticket by Spice-Jet airline having PNR as ADUGKA. Now due to Covid-19 and GOI directive and national/International Lockdown we were not able to travel and flight booking got auto - cancelled by Spice-Jet airline. But Spice-Jet is not ready to refund the amount directly to customers bank account but as per DGCA directive they should return, instead credit shell is generated with conditions that credit shell is used for same passengers and only for roundtrip where the credit shell balance can be used with in Feb 202, after which the Amount stored will be fore-fitted. Now I want to ask iSpice-Jet airline that how it is possible to use this credit shell, while we can’t plan any trip for next 2 years and for the same passengers and roundtrip booking as per the Travel Business scenario for these CORONA Outbreak. So I kindly request you to do the necessary arrangement of refunding my money from Spice-Jet Airlines at your earliest possible convenience.
You might see there are many complaints from many passengers related to these but its impacting since a bulk amount of money is on stake of individuals and Airlines companies are taking advantage of the situations.
