We have a confirmed Go-Air flight booking from Kolkata to Leh (via New Delhi) for 3 person for 23rd May'2020. Our booking ref no: IDFIVX. I have booked this ticket on Nov,2019. Due to lockdown situation, this flight was cancelled. I have raised request to refund the amount, my service request no: G8-01008500. But even after sending 8-9 reminders, I have not received any refund or even information from Go-Air airline company.
