Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased an Air India airline ticket from Amazon on 15th Feb.20 for my sister to travel on 6th May 2020 from Pune to Lucknow..
Due to corona spread, Flight was cancelled .
I contacted Amazon-Cleartrip-Air India to get refund & all playing with customer & saying contact to each other.
Later I got mail from Amazon & Cleartrip that I will get Zero refund.
