Illegal deduction by Idea on 10/04/2020 at 17:39 hrs with message, "Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 17.16".
Repeated illegal deduction by Idea today 31/05/2020 at 16:44 hrs with message, "Click this link to see the Health Benefits Pic, http://52.29.118.31:7001/corona/health_Benefits01.jpg. Dial *123# for Unlimited Fun. Data Charges applicable". "Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 9.16".
Nothing was done from my end and deduction took place. This is very bad on part of Idea Telephonic services looting common people and making money. This type of Illegal deduction is done by Idea every month and on complaining by us to customer executive; complaint is not registered and also refund for deduction not provided.
