Consumer Redressal

I and my father create joint account on esr basis. my father is died recently. i have gone to bank and withdraw my joint account money. but the branch manager, SBI, Yemmiganur object that if you bring death certificate then only we give you money. I say that my joint account is ers i.e. any one can operate the account. I am survining. So I draw money from account. then the branch manager said that there is a go for that. I will give you evening. every day evening i go asking him about Circular he did not give and says come tomorrow abusively insultingly. please taken action immeditly
