Consumer Redressal

We (2 families total 7 pax) have planned a vacation trip for Darjeeling in the month of may and booked ticket by indigo airline which PNR is AW482E. Now due to Covid-19 we are not able to travel and flight is also cancelled by indigo airline. But indigo not refund the amount instead credit shell is generated with conditions that credit shell is used for same passengers and only for roundtrip. Now I want to ask indigo airline that how it is possible to use this credit shell, while we can’t plan any trip for next 2 years and for the same passengers and roundtrip booking. This is totally cheating. So I kindly request you to do the necessary arrangement of refunding my money from Indigo Airlines at your earliest possible convenience
