Consumer Redressal

This complain is regarding Big Bazaars online consumer durable goods. I have been ordering FMCG and other products from Big Bazaar, I have noticed that they are luring people to order products by showing well known and branded products on stock, But after you place order and make payment for these products they eventually become out of stock and gets cancelled automatically, but they charge you with delivery charges for all of the products. But this is not it their plan is to sell these non branded products by showing branded products with them but eventually customers are fooled by the product getting cancelled and big bazaar only delivers the product that they want to sell or clear their stock. Big bazaar gets customer to order by showing these products as there is no mode to cancel the order once payment is confirmed. This is the trick they've been using during this lock down. Eventually their stock gets cleared but the products that customers want that's never actually there on their website. This is cheating customer by a Big bazaar.
