I have booked a ticket through Spice jet app and the payment has been done by Paytm. The money has been deducted from Paytm but I didn't get the booking confirmation from Spicejet. I have got the PNR for that booking as well. But there was no confirmation about the booking. I have tried to contact with the Spice jet team but they were not replying positively.
