Consumer Redressal

I booked 2 ticket from Ahmadabad to Kanpur for 3rd June 2020. I get confirmation message from Spicejet. After 2 days when I was checked for web checkin, I found that both tickets got cancelled. Then I connected to spicejet, they said that it will be refunded even a single penny. I then complained to their customer care about the issue, but did not get any help. Kindly help me out, it is not fare to charge money then say that we will not refund, even I used one coupon that was saying it will refund full amount on cancellation. Thanks, Sandeep Kumar
