Consumer Redressal

I have raised this complaint numerous times however my grievance is closed without any explanation. I lost my Job in March and my family depends on me for survival. I don't have lot of influence and money to raise this at a higher level. I have written many emails however non of you have taken my desperation seriously. What would I do after this month ends, when I will not have any money to feed my family. My previous employer is not approving my KYC it's been a year hence I am not able to raise a Claim to withdraw PF. The company is not operational. I tried to raise grievance however it is closed asking me to wait for few days. It's been 3 month now I can't go out and beg can I ? When I have money in my PF to survive. I have received COPIED response where one department is asking the other one to take care of my issue. They are giving me a run around . I am getting depressed and mentally upset with no money in my pocket for survival.... PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!! Below is the message they send me evey time ..
