Consumer Redressal

I bought a product from snapdeal and they delivered the wrong product to me. I called back their customer care and they arranged revrse courier thru bluedart and 15 days back when I called customer care again they told product has been recived and refund will take place in another 7-10 days. Now again they are sayng product hasn\'t been recived to their end and I am not sure aboutr money whether that will be refunded or not. I already spent the the order amount to call their customer care number again and agian and they are not responding in positive mammer. order number 453578988 complaint number 456101 Please check and do the needful
