Due to government policy all flights cancelled I request company to refund the ticket amount
Company replied amount deposited to travel agency
The agency is bluestar travels
The blue star replies amount not credited in bluestar account
My mother is sick we need money for medical reasons and now I have no source of income due to lockdown direct the spicejet to refund the cancellation of tickets amount in my account
