Consumer Redressal

Sir My LAP Loan A/c No 628412442 is with HDFC Ltd Branch. I have done early repayment of a loan of Rs 6 Lakhs on 11th March 2020. I was told by MR Patil of Kharghar ( Navi Mumbai ) Branch -2 that my next EMI falling due on 15th March 2020 will be reversed in a weeks time of Rs 12878/- at the outset, it should not have been debited that I had paid interest in full. Now I am not getting refund. Despite repeated requested and sufficient time from 11th March to 21st March 2020 before lockdown started.
