his is to bring to your notice that e-challan that has been generated with number UP50678200427072043 for vehicle UP78 EX9079 on 27th April 2020 at 7.20 AM in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh is wrong and completely inaccurate. Because of covid-19 corona-virus pandemic complete lock-down is ordered in state of U.P from 25th march 2020, due to which the vehicle holder being a responsible citizen of India didn't stepped out of the house from last 35 days, perhaps his scooty was also not on the road from that day. Then how come e-challan be generated if someone didn't went outside with his scooty? kindly provide me screenshot as a proof of that CCTV footage where you tracked this vehicle number as I object it to be erroneous. In that course when this e-challan was generated online which is mistaken with other vehicle number. I request you to kindly check the vehicle number faultlessly and redress the issue. Thanking you.
