Consumer Redressal

1. I was allotted a property in Golf Vista T-10 Sec – M Lucknow vide my application dated 24 Oct 2011. The details of the property is as given below :- Apartment Type Tower Floor No Super Area(Sq.ft.) Property Detail 2 BHK D2 13 01 1251.35 3583-D2-1301 2. The total payment done by me is as per Development Linked Installment Plan. The total payment made is Rs 8, 44, 662 (30% of Total amt). The payment has been done since Nov 2011- Aug 2012. 3. However, there has been no development of the project since then . Inspite of numerous visit to the project office and Main Branch of the office there was no update on the project progress. . Its already 08 years now and still no update on the project.
