i have purchased a sofa set and one double bed from Shivam furniture Crossing republic Ghaziabad last year (Owner Mr. neeraj 9871837773, and Sales Person Mr. Rahul 9891862448). I gave me 5 year guarantee on both product. but he deliver both product in very bad quality and damage condition . After lots of complain and follow ups neither they replace both products nor rectify the products.
