i have purchased a sofa set and one double bed from Shivam furniture (Owner Mr. Neeraj 9871837773) Crossing republic Ghaziabad last year. I gave me 5 year guarantee on both product. but he deliver both product in very bad quality and damage condition . After lots of complain and follow ups neither they replace both products nor rectify the products.
