I have ordered for a spoo shampoo for my baby vide order number OR7830NIB-002A of amounting 211.56 from online medicine supply app MEDLIFE.com. I have already paid that amount. On 15 th of April ,morning around 11 am I received that delivery,but I was very much astonished and disappointed to receive a wrong item ( Dr Reddy' s Razo D capsules) inside the packaging while the billing and invoice of my order remained the same.How can A reputed online medicine supply company deliver such kind of thing? I had already asked for refunding my money. In their app, It was shown that return had initiated and pick up completed . But actually no pick up had been done. I had informed them through mail about the same , but no reply have been initiated from them. I am done with medlife. Please take necessary action and held me to get my money back as early as possible. I shall be highly obliged. Thank you.
