Consumer Redressal

As my father Mr. Faqir chand jindal and my mother Kiran bala entered into an agreement for sale dated 14/12/2011 with nature heights infra limited to purchase a plot measuring 1000 sq.feet and 2000 sq.feetsituateed at vill Badingali Tehsil Mukerian District Hoshiarpur for a total sale consideration of rs 1,25,000/- and 2,50,000/- and my father and mother paid earnest money of Rs 31,250/- and Rs 62,500 to nature heights infra limited 9 Sunder Nagari, Hanumangarh Road ,Abohar-152166 (pb). plot ref.id - 10020733 and 10020760. It was agreed that company will provide information regarding plot number ,its dimensions ,direction will be explained after mapping in your next letter after 11 months of issuance of first agrreement to sell (biana). Payment of emd paid my mother and father from Rohtak. But company did not issued any letter of information about plot no and location. Even my mother and father visited many times to site and found that there was no development at site and no demonstration of plots was done at site. Even visted to offices and requested for possesion of plot after remaining payment. Till now there is no reply from company and not refunding my emd and money. all contact numbers are switched off and offices are closed. i request you to help me in getting our money back with interest and punish the director of company for hraasment and mentally torture from there company from a long time.
