I am writing this request on behalf of my father.My fathers PF account settlement has multiple problems and i contacted PF office through multiple grievances to sort them out. But the replies are not satisfactory and problem is not solved since 1.5 years. Request you to Kindly go through my scenario and advise. Name is Polam Reddy Bhaskar Reddy. UAN is 100622622190. date of birth is 1st April 1964. I am not going to work any more and would like to take final settlement for my PF and pension contributions. I have worked in Power Brands India Enterprises Pvt limited from June 2015 to December 2017. The company regional office in Andhra pradesh is closed and no contact details is available and establishment is not active, but PF registration is not surrendered yet. Please verify the employer contributions to employees on 1347660 to confirm the inactivity. As the company is closed, no contact details were available to get employer attestation. Establishment(Employer) created three PF accounts for me for the service period which are stated below. 1. DSNHP/1347660/44 2. DSNHP/1347660/10249 (No Contribution) 3. DSNHP/1347660/10472 PAN and bank account details are linked in UAN portal and aadhar is verified. PAN is linked but it is not verified(status is PAN NOT VERIFIED). I have submitted various partial withdrawl claims and all were rejected mentioning multiple pf accounts are available with same DOj and DOE. After multiple grievance, i got reply to submit PF transfer first and then to withdrawl. Online PF Transfer request is giving an error - Present and previous establishments are same. So, I have got gazette attestation and submitted offline transfer documents multiple times. All were rejected mentioning the same reason - multiple pf accounts are available with same DOj and DOE. Again after multiple grievance, they informed to submit correction details form to EPF office with employer attestation. And also in other grievance they mentioned They wil lnot accept Joint declaration form (for correcting incorrect details) with out employer attestation. Also, PAN KYC verification is pending with employer since 9 months. If employer is not active , why cant the EPFO take charge in processing claims and requests smoothly after employees request ? Kindly help how can i get my PF withdrawl Done. Thanks. Hope you understand the pain the common man is facing when not all things are in place and valid for private organizations , for PF withdrawl. Seeking help in resolving the same.
