Sir,
I've ordered a woman kurti through an online shopping site called 'rajsimran.com' but they delivered an old, used, very poor quality sari. The ordered item has changed completely. I've made payment of Rs. 600 through 'cash on delivery' method. PFB further details:

COD amount : 600 INR
Also found that they are showing refund option and bank account details have been asked for the same. But many customer's had lost money from their account.
Kindly look into the same, help me resolving the issue and please do punish such fake websites.
