Complaint Against Services rendered by a Kids play zone under the name of "Bumble Boom" in Kailash Colony Market, Greater Kailash , New Delhi Visited the above mentioned play zone on January 12, 2020. Made a payment of INR 500 for 1 hour and have these complaints to make, re the services- 1. The playzone is catering to toddlers and therefore the hygiene levels must be high. However, I noticed that the carpeted floor of the playzone was stinking. They clearly do not get the carpet cleaned. 2. The ceiling had some water logging issue and was leaking, making the carpet wet at some places. The dirty water was falling drop by drop on toddlers who were crossing that area in play zone. 3. The soft toys were dirty and torn. 4. The play zone has a rule that in toilets neither kids nor elders can wear shoes but have to go in socks or bare feet. I am a corporate lawyer and I do not have much time to pursue this matter but I am looking for a lawyer who can assist me with all ground work without much costs. I intend to (A) get the issues at the play zone corrected, (B) get an apology from the owner who is running this place for little children ; and (C) get a refund of the money that I paid at the playzone. Note that I did not have any oral scuffle with the owner/staff members during my visit but yes, I was really disappointed at their apathy.
