i purchase samsung phone in 10/09/2013.model is pocket neo s5312 in rs.7200/- my phone display dot problem. so i contact telus communication (samsung service centre) jalgaon. so they not chech my phone and say phone is damage.but my phone not to damaged and scratch.care manager imran sir speak to me respectfulness. my complaint no.4163422145 please help me
