Sir, My phone no 9878747595( Air tel postpaid connection) having mailing address of House no 3202, sector-46-c, Chandigarh having Rental plan of Rs 299, my last bill is of Rs 362, first disconnected in the month of June then i visited the Airtel store at sector 46-C, chandigarh, Their airtel employee Mr Ajay sohal told to me that the connection is earlier in the name of neetu Randev as pre paid customer then i told to him that kindly show to me her identity proof then he remain silent & told to me that sorry kindly bring your Aadhar card photocopy as identity proof & he click my photo, same story is repeated in the month of July, lastly my phone is disconnected on 24th October, i visited the air tel store on 24th Oct, Mr Arpit told to me that the connection is disconnected from back, unfortunately my brother expired on 25th October, iam unable to talk to my relatives due to disconnection of my cell phone 9878747595, then i visited the airtel store on 27th oct then airtel employee Mr Ajay sohal, Mr Arpit and one more person with black complexion misbehaved with me. sir, i had received two mails from Air tel Ad visor customer services in which it is written that the sim is under the name of trin kumar sharma so you are requested to disconnected the connection of cell no 9878747595 in the name of neetu randev & resume the same connection in the name of trin kumar sharma .
