On Dt/18-11-2019 I purchased a MRF Tyre and CEAT Tube from a shop: SAI RAMA ENTERPRISES, located in Seethammapet, Visakhpatnam, shop owner given the bill on estimation slip, without mentioning the GST particulars on that bill(it's not bill). He has not given me the proper bill, in proper bill format. That shop's GSTIN is 37A0GPR3551R175, CELL NO.:9988242720, 8003451411. He had collected Rs.1600/- Details are here under.:

TOTAL AMOUNT 1600/- I paid the said amount in "Phone Pe". wide transaction ID:P191118181822279300404477.
But on inquired the price of tyre and tube in online market he collected Rs.250/- more from me.
