Consumer Redressal

I had worked with Philips Electronics India Limited until Jan 2009 and held PF account number KN/ 23286/78020320 that was managed by Philips Electronics India Limited Management Staff Provident Fund located at: Philips Innovation Campus No 1, Manayata Tech. Park Manyata Nagar, Nagavara Bangalore On my resignation from Philips Electronics India Limited, Philips provident fund trust had issued a cheque of Rs. 913,053 dated 15 Jul 2009 to RPFC Gurgaon wide cheque number 002118. The cheque was apparently misplaced and amount was not credited to my new account with RPFC. The Philips Trust issued another cheque of the same amount Rs. 913,053 dated 29 Mar 2010, wide cheque no. 267275, that was credited in the RPFC Gurgaon on 14 May 2010. It is clear that the amount was lying with Philips provident fund trust for the period from 15/07/2009 to 14/5/2010. Due to problem of communication between the Philips Electronics and RPFC Gurgaon, I have lost interest on the total amount for about 10 months. I had taken up the matter with Philips Electronics Provident Fund Trust but they have refused to take the liability of paying interest for the period,
